1. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD ($) and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • The final price at checkout includes the product price and applicable taxes but excludes shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments must be completed at the time of purchase using our accepted payment methods (credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers for custom orders).

2. Promotions & Discounts

  • Discounts and promotions are available for a limited time and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
  • Promotional codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.
  • Some promotions may have specific terms, including expiration dates and exclusions on certain products.

3. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Custom-tailored suits require 10-14 business days for production before shipping.
  • Once an order is confirmed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us immediately for any changes.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer domestic and international shipping, with estimated delivery times based on the chosen shipping method.
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, and free shipping is available on domestic orders over $150.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other external factors.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged products in their original packaging.
  • Custom-tailored suits are non-refundable but may be eligible for alterations.
  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

6. Warranty & Product Quality

  • Our suits undergo strict quality control to ensure premium craftsmanship and durability.
  • If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will offer an exchange or repair at no additional cost.
  • Warranty claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.

7. Fraud Prevention & Order Verification

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
  • Additional verification may be required for high-value purchases or suspicious transactions.
