At FASTALI, we are dedicated to providing high-quality suits and exceptional customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process. Please review our policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Custom-tailored suits are non-refundable but may be eligible for alterations if they do not fit as expected.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or discounted during special promotions cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us – Email our support team at contact@fastali.xyz with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Return Instructions – We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the Item – Pack the item securely and send it back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Inspection & Processing – Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with your order.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • We will cover the return shipping cost and offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-tailored suits (eligible for alterations only).
  • Final Sale or discounted items.
  • Suits that have been worn, washed, or altered.

6. Alterations for Custom-Tailored Suits

If your custom suit does not fit as expected, we offer one complimentary alteration service. Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item to request an alteration.
