We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and select international locations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for assistance.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom-tailored suits may require 10-14 business days for production before shipping.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) – Free for orders over $150, otherwise calculated at checkout.
- Expedited Shipping (2-4 business days) – Additional fees apply, calculated at checkout.
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day) – Available for select locations with extra charges.
- International Shipping (7-15 business days) – Fees and delivery times vary by destination.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, and customs processing for international orders.
4. Shipping Costs
- Free Standard Shipping for domestic orders over $150.
- Orders below $150 will have shipping fees calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- International shipping costs vary depending on the location and order size.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect in the system.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
- FASTALI is not responsible for any customs delays or additional charges imposed by your country’s regulations.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
- If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date.
- We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “delivered.”
8. Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
- FASTALI is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
