At FASTALI, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience with high-quality products and excellent customer service. This Sales Policy outlines our terms regarding pricing, promotions, discounts, order processing, and related matters.
1. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in USD ($) and are subject to change without prior notice.
- The final price at checkout includes the product price and applicable taxes but excludes shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
- Payments must be completed at the time of purchase using our accepted payment methods (credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers for custom orders).
2. Promotions & Discounts
- Discounts and promotions are available for a limited time and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
- Promotional codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.
- Some promotions may have specific terms, including expiration dates and exclusions on certain products.
3. Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom-tailored suits require 10-14 business days for production before shipping.
- Once an order is confirmed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us immediately for any changes.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We offer domestic and international shipping, with estimated delivery times based on the chosen shipping method.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, and free shipping is available on domestic orders over $150.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other external factors.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
- We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged products in their original packaging.
- Custom-tailored suits are non-refundable but may be eligible for alterations.
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
6. Warranty & Product Quality
- Our suits undergo strict quality control to ensure premium craftsmanship and durability.
- If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will offer an exchange or repair at no additional cost.
- Warranty claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
7. Fraud Prevention & Order Verification
- We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
- Additional verification may be required for high-value purchases or suspicious transactions.
